Settings → Social accounts: connect Bluesky (an app password), Mastodon (an access token), a Telegram channel (your bot as an administrator), X (your own developer keys — X bills your account per post), LinkedIn, Facebook Pages with their Instagram accounts, or Threads (sign in with the network). Every card has step-by-step instructions; login data is kept encrypted.
Social → Autoposts: create an autopost and tick the accounts it publishes to. Optionally set posting slots — days and times that new posts fill one by one.
Add posts: a date and time or the next free slot, the text, optionally a different text for one network and an image. Counters show each network's limit as you type — Bluesky 300 characters, X 280, Mastodon and Threads 500, LinkedIn 3,000, Telegram 4,096; Instagram needs an image. Or import many at once from a CSV file (date, time, text), or let AI draft several on the dates you choose.
Click Launch. Each post goes out within a minute of its time to every selected account and shows a link per network (or the error). Social → Calendar shows all posts by month. If the autopost needs approval, posts written by agents wait until an admin approves them.
Replies, comments, mentions and direct messages appear in the Inbox every 5 minutes. Reply from Cold Leads on the same network, and click Save as lead to add the person to your contacts. Once you have 8 published posts, each autopost shows the weekday and hour whose posts got the most replies.
Limits: free trial — 1 account, 1 running autopost, 5 posts a month; Solo — 3 accounts, 3 running autoposts, 30 posts a month; Team — 10, 10 and 150; Business — 30 accounts, unlimited autoposts, 1,000 posts a month. Posts count in the month they are scheduled for.
