Automatic follow-ups, hot-lead alerts and the morning summary
Team and Business plans. Create a campaign (Campaigns → New). In step 03 · Sending, under Automatic follow-ups, click + Add follow-up: pick a template and how many days to wait (1–14). Add up to 3 follow-ups. You can also add or remove steps later on the campaign page.
Each follow-up goes to people who got the previous e-mail and haven't replied, as a reply in the same thread. If the follow-up template has no subject, it is sent as “Re: …” of the previous e-mail.
The chain stops by itself when the contact replies (any reply), unsubscribes, bounces, is on the do-not-contact list or becomes a customer. Follow-ups count towards the same daily sending limits as the campaign.
Hot-lead alerts: when a contact replies positively, asks about price or wants a meeting — or their temperature crosses the hot threshold (+25° by default) — you get an e-mail with a link to the conversation. If the contact has an owner, only the owner is alerted.
In Settings → Account → Notifications, each team member turns alerts and the morning summary on or off. An admin can set the hot threshold and a webhook: Slack and Discord get a message, any other https URL (Make, Zapier, n8n, your server) gets a JSON event — for Telegram, connect it through Make.
Morning summary: at 7:00 in your workspace's time zone you get one e-mail with who warmed up overnight, replies waiting and follow-ups due today, plus yesterday's numbers. It is skipped when there is nothing to do. Use Send a test to see it now.
