Follow up automatically. Hear the moment a lead warms up.
Most replies come after the second or third e-mail — and most deals are lost because nobody sent it. Cold Leads sends the follow-ups for you, stops the moment someone answers, tells you when a lead gets hot and starts your day with a short list of who needs you.
Follow-ups that know when to stop
On the Team and Business plans, add up to three follow-ups to any campaign, each 1–14 days after the previous e-mail. They are sent as replies in the same thread, from your own mailbox, within the campaign's daily limits.
- Any reply stops the chain for that contact — no awkward “just checking in” after they already answered.
- Unsubscribes, bounces, the do-not-contact list and contacts who became customers are skipped automatically.
- See how many each step has sent on the campaign page; add or remove steps at any time.
Hot-lead alerts
Every contact has a temperature from −10° to +40° that rises with replies, price questions, meeting requests and purchases. Cross the hot threshold (+25° by default) or send an important reply, and you hear about it straight away.
- An e-mail with the contact, their temperature and a link to the conversation — to the contact's owner, or the whole team.
- Send the same alert to Slack, Discord or any webhook (Make, Zapier, n8n — and Telegram through Make).
- One alert per reply and at most one hot alert per contact a week — no noise.
A morning summary for the team
Each member can get one e-mail at 7:00 local time: who warmed up overnight, replies waiting, follow-ups due today and yesterday's numbers. On quiet days it isn't sent.
FAQ
Can Cold Leads send follow-ups automatically?
Yes, on the Team and Business plans. Add up to 3 follow-up e-mails to any campaign, each a set number of days (1–14) after the previous one. They go in the same thread and stop by themselves when the contact replies, unsubscribes, bounces or becomes a customer.
How do I know when a lead gets interested?
On the Team and Business plans, you get an e-mail alert as soon as a contact replies positively, asks about price or wants a meeting, or their temperature crosses the hot threshold (+25° by default). Admins can also send alerts to Slack, Discord or any webhook.
What is the morning summary?
On the Team and Business plans, each team member can get one e-mail at 7:00 local time with who warmed up overnight, replies waiting and follow-ups due today. It is skipped on days with nothing to do.
