Works with the form you already have
Create a website key in Settings, point your form at the capture endpoint (or post JSON from your site), done. Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, a plain HTML page — anything that can submit a form.

The visitor is redirected back to your thank-you page. In the CRM a contact appears with the message, source, tags and the funnel stage you chose (subscriber or lead). Duplicates are merged, do-not-contact addresses are silently dropped, a honeypot field stops bots.
- Optional auto-campaign: the new contact receives your welcome or follow-up e-mail within minutes, sent from your own mailbox or ours.
- Every reply lands in the contact's chat; the stage moves to lead on the first answer.
- Rate limits per key and per IP protect you from spam floods.

Solo ($19/month) keeps up to 200 contacts, Team 1,000, Business 10,000. Website keys and auto-campaigns are available on all of them.
The welcome e-mail looks like your brand
Pick a Google Font or upload your own for headings, text and footer, add your logo and a header image, or import your own HTML layout with placeholders — the auto-campaign and every reply use it. Attach a price list or brochure to the template and it goes out with every e-mail.
- Reply from the side chat on the contact card or in Inbox — with attachments, an editable subject and a full-height editor.
- Finished campaigns move to the Archive tab; each campaign page keeps who received it, when, and the exact content.
FAQ
Do I need to change my site's code much?
Two hidden inputs and the form action — the rest of your form stays as it is. JSON posts from JavaScript work too.
Is the key safe to publish?
Yes. Website keys (lk_…) can only create contacts; they cannot read data. Redirects are limited to the domain you register with the key.
GDPR?
You choose the consent type per source; visitors can remove themselves at /remove-my-email; data lives in the EU.
