Autoposts: a campaign of posts on dates
Create an autopost, pick the accounts it publishes to and add posts with a date and time — or set weekly posting slots and add each post to the next free one. Launch it, and every post goes out within a minute of its time.
- One text for all networks, or a shorter one for a single network; live character counts for each network's limit.
- Images: upload your own or let AI make one; Instagram posts always carry an image.
- Import a whole plan from CSV (date, time, text, per-network columns), or let AI draft a series from one brief.
- Teams: posts written by agents can wait for an admin's approval before they go out.
Networks
Bluesky, Mastodon and Telegram channels connect with a form and an app password or token. LinkedIn (personal profile) connects by signing in. X connects with your own X developer keys — X bills posting to your X account, Cold Leads does not charge for it. Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and Threads connect by signing in once Meta approves the Cold Leads app.
Comments and messages in your Inbox
Every few minutes Cold Leads collects comments and replies to your posts, mentions and direct messages from Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram and Threads. They appear in the Social tab of your Inbox next to your e-mail conversations.
- Answer on the same network and in the same thread without leaving Cold Leads.
- Save as lead: the author becomes a CRM contact with a link to their profile and the message in notes.
- Unread social messages count on the Inbox badge and on your Home page.

The same autoposts and social inbox are available over the MCP server, the REST API (/api/v1/social) and the Node.js SDK: list accounts and autoposts, schedule posts, read comments and reply after the user approves the text.

Which social networks can Cold Leads post to?
Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram channels, X (with your own X developer keys, billed by X), LinkedIn personal profiles, and — once Meta approves the Cold Leads app — Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts and Threads. Connect them in Settings → Social accounts and plan posts on dates in Social → Autoposts.
Can I answer social comments and messages in Cold Leads?
Yes. Comments and replies to your posts, mentions and direct messages from Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram and Threads arrive in the Inbox every 5 minutes. You reply from Cold Leads on the same network and can save the person as a lead. LinkedIn and X messages are not available.
