Connect in one click

Settings → Sending e-mails → Gmail / Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 → Connect. You grant send and read permissions; tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked any time. Own SMTP + IMAP works as well.

Deliverability built in

Campaigns respect a daily limit (yours and each teammate's), can be spread over 30 minutes to 24 hours with random gaps, and never go to opted-out, bounced or do-not-contact addresses. Every e-mail carries your signature and a plain-text unsubscribe line.

• Dry run before launch: exact audience, verification stats, preview per recipient.
• One template goes to one address once — even if the contact is in several lists.
• Verify the audience first: invalid addresses are excluded automatically.

Replies where the history is

Every answer is fetched from your mailbox and attached to the contact — the whole thread, not a notification. Answer from the CRM or from your mail client; the first reply moves the contact to Lead so you see who is warming up.

Your brand, your files

E-mails carry your logo, header image and fonts (Google Fonts or a font file you upload), or your own HTML layout imported from a file. Attach a PDF price list or a brochure to the template — it is sent with every campaign e-mail from your mailbox.

• Chat opens as a side panel on the contact card and from any Inbox row: change the subject, attach files, expand the editor, delete a message.
• Campaign page shows every recipient with status and time plus the content that was sent; finished campaigns go to the Archive tab.
