Two sources of leads, one CRM

Inbound: a form or API key on your site sends every enquiry into the CRM as a subscriber, with its source. Outbound: import the prospects you collected — events, partners, your own research — from a file or pasted text; duplicates and do-not-contact addresses are skipped.

• Funnel stages cold → subscriber → lead → customer → regular, tags and notes on every contact.
• Every reply is labelled positive, neutral, negative, unsubscribe or auto-reply; an unsubscribe request opts the contact out.
• A follow-up is scheduled three days after each message you send, in the Today queue.

Clean lists before you send

Verification checks syntax, disposable domains, role accounts and MX records, and the mailbox itself when our server can reach the recipient's mail server. Campaigns never e-mail addresses verified as invalid, which keeps bounces and domain reputation under control.
