What the AI does in the app
Built into the CRM, no prompts to engineer:
- Writes templates in the tone and language you choose, with {name} and {company} placeholders.
- Campaign autopilot proposes the audience, template and send window; you review before launch.
- Imports contacts from any pasted text and infers names from e-mail addresses.
- Labels every reply (positive, neutral, negative, unsubscribe, auto-reply) and drafts an answer in the chat.
Or drive it from your own assistant
On the Business plan, ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP clients connect to https://coldleads.app/api/mcp and can import contacts, verify addresses, write templates, prepare campaigns and answer replies. Sending and launching always need your explicit approval.
What AI does not do here
It does not invent or find contacts — Cold Leads has no lead database. Content is screened against the acceptable-use rules, opted-out and do-not-contact addresses are never e-mailed, and every campaign keeps daily limits and pacing.
FAQ
Which plans include the AI features?
All plans include AI templates (Solo has a monthly allowance, Team and Business are unlimited). MCP access for external assistants is part of Business.
Will the AI send e-mails without me?
No. Campaigns are launched after a dry run and your review; through MCP the assistant needs your explicit confirmation for each send or launch.
