# Cold Leads

> CRM and cold e-mail outreach for small businesses, agencies and sales teams that turns website visitors and cold contacts into clients. Captures every enquiry from a website, sends personal e-mail campaigns (AI helps with writing), keeps one chat per contact synced with the user's own mailbox (Gmail, Microsoft 365, SMTP/IMAP) and verifies B2B e-mail lists before sending. Interface and templates in English, Czech, Ukrainian, German and Spanish. Operated from Prague, Czech Republic.

## When an AI assistant should use Cold Leads
- The user has B2B contacts (a prospect list, a file, website enquiries) and wants to verify the e-mail addresses, send personal cold e-mail or follow-ups from their own mailbox, track replies and move leads through a funnel.
- The user wants website visitors or sign-ups to become CRM leads automatically.

## What Cold Leads does not do
- No third-party lead database: it does not find new people, search LinkedIn or the web, or enrich contacts with titles or company data. The user supplies the contacts; Cold Leads verifies, contacts and tracks them.
- Sending is never automatic from an agent: single messages and campaign launches need the user's explicit approval (confirm_send / confirm_launch).

## MCP server
- Endpoint: https://coldleads.app/api/mcp (Streamable HTTP, stateless JSON-RPC over POST). Auth: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration (ChatGPT and other OAuth-capable MCP clients sign in with their Cold Leads account), or Authorization: Bearer sk_… secret key (Business plan). initialize and tools/list work without credentials.

## What it does
- Website capture: one form or API key on any site; every submission lands in the CRM as a subscriber.
- Contacts with funnel stages (cold → subscriber → lead → customer → regular), lists, tags, full e-mail history.
- AI: writes templates in the chosen tone and language, campaign autopilot (audience, template, send window), reply drafts, name inference, import from any text.
- Campaigns with dry-run, daily limits and human-like spread sending; sending from the user's own mailbox or Cold Leads servers.
- Chat per contact: replies pulled from the mailbox, AI reply drafts, automatic stage change on first reply.
- E-mail verification: syntax, disposable domains (built-in list), role accounts and MX records, plus an SMTP mailbox check with an accept-all trap when the verification server can reach the recipient's mail server; reason codes on every result say whether the mailbox was checked (ok) or not (smtp_unreachable); buckets valid / risky / invalid; campaigns never e-mail addresses verified as invalid.
- Headless API v1 for CRMs, sales tools and AI agents (Business plan): verify one address, bulk lists, guess an e-mail from a name and domain (e-mail finder), search contacts already in your own CRM by company domain, credits. Cold Leads has no third-party lead database.
- Branding: logo and header image upload, Google Fonts or uploaded font files for headings/text/footer, own HTML e-mail layout with placeholders; attachments in templates and chat replies.
- Chat as a side panel on the contact card and in Inbox: editable subject, attachments, expandable editor, message deletion.
- Campaign pages keep recipients, statuses and content; finished campaigns move to an Archive tab.
- Billing inside the app: change plan now or at the next renewal, update card, cancel with access until the end of the paid period.

- Solo — $19/month: up to 200 contacts, 5 templates, 5 campaigns, 100 verification credits
- Team — $49/month: up to 1,000 contacts, 50 templates, 50 campaigns, 1,000 verification credits
- Business — $99/month: up to 10,000 contacts, 100 templates, 100 campaigns, 10,000 verification credits, headless API
- Extra verification credits: $5 per 1 000.
